LOOTBEAT SHIPPING & RETURNS AGREEMENT

1. Order Processing & Shipping

1.1 Order Processing

Once your order is confirmed and shipping information is verified, LootBeat will process it within four (4) business days. This may include third-party checks for authenticity and security. If any delay occurs beyond this period, we will promptly inform you via the email address provided with your order.

1.2 Shipping Timelines High-Rarity Items

(Legendary/Epic/Rare): 3–9 business days Standard Items (Dope/Basic): 7–28 business days In rare cases of carrier disruptions: Delivery may take up to 90 days.

A tracking number and link will be sent to you as soon as the package is dispatched.

1.3 Shipping Restrictions We do not offer delivery on weekends or public holidays.

· No weekend/holiday deliveries.

· Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and paid by the customer.

· Address Validation: LootBeat reserves the right to confirm shipping addresses. We do not ship to PO boxes or mail-forwarding services.

2. Customs & Responsibilities

2.1 Import Fees

Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged after shipment are the sole responsibility of the customer. LootBeat is not liable for such charges.2.2 Damage or Loss During Transit LootBeat is not responsible for damage or loss that occurs during shipping. In such cases, customers should: Contact the carrier immediately to file a claim.

Keep the original packaging and affected items as evidence for the carrier’s investigation.

3. Returns & Cancellations

3.1 Return Eligibility

· Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.

· Exclusions: Customized products (e.g., prints larger than A2 size, all canvas prints) and rewards from the Unboxing Game.

3.2 Return Procedure To start a return, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order.

· For approved exchanges, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and any new outbound shipping.

3.3 Order Cancellation

· Orders can only be cancelled before processing begins. Once processing has started, changes to details are not possible—please place a new order with the correct information.

4. International Shipping Terms

4.1 Shipping Address

The address entered at checkout is final and cannot be changed afterward. LootBeat is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

4.2 Global Delivery LootBeat ships worldwide, subject to carrier availability and any local import/export restrictions.
